Sohan joined the industry in 2014 after completing a degree in History and Law. 

During his time, Sohan has experience in assisting Public and Private Sector companies with their teams and supplying high calibre staffing across numerous levels.

He was shortlisted for "Recruiter of the Year" for providing contracting consultants with positions and had also set up a number of divisions successfully within Regulatory Services. 

In his spare time, Sohan likes playing cricket, golf or going for long walks with dog and finishing it off with a nice pint in a pub!

Jake joined Stonehouse in 2023 after working in events for a Publishing company following on from his English Literature degree.

Whilst enjoying his last role, following in his father’s footsteps, he wanted to explore a career in Recruitment. In his father’s own words, “It’s in the blood ha!”

In his free time when he’s not tasting all the different levels of spice at Nando’s, he is watching the Arsenal, or playing video games!

Lily joined Stonehouse in 2025 after owning her beauty business for the last 4 years.

Whilst enjoying her last venture, she wanted to explore a career in Recruitment and is already taking over Planning by storm. 

In her free time when she's not out for bottomless brunches with her friends, she is spending time in the gym and preparing for HYROX events!

Kitty joined Stonehouse in 2025 to lead on social media and branding with a fresh touch.

Just graduating from a role from Brighton University, she wanted to join a company where she could put her own stamp on their marketing.

In her free time she could be found spending her weekends in the Lanes of Brighton or in Pilates class in Bromley!
