Karishma is my contact for job opportunities. She is really and truly an amazing agent. She keeps in contact with me every few days to a week, even if there are no opportunities. This is really vital, as it means she has not forgotten I am on the market. Also when I was not well for a while, she was not dismissive and say anything like "When you get better maybe we can get in contact" - in fact she was checking in on me constantly making sure I was getting better and ready to be back on the Market. She definitely takes the time to listen to what the candidate is after and is always helpful, contacting me on a weekly basis to keep me updated on any further developments. I would like to thank Melissa Popaj and Oliver Ellison for the excellent support they have provided throughout my job search. They have both been proactive, professional, transparent and genuinely supportive at every stage of the process. Melissa’s communication has been outstanding. She kept me informed whenever there were updates, managed my expectations clearly, and made me feel valued, well looked after and prioritised. I particularly appreciated her taking the time to call me personally to explain when my CV had been sent to an employer, while also being honest about factors that might affect the process. That level of transparency and thoughtfulness really stood out. Oliver was equally excellent. He took the time to understand my experience, what I was looking for, and the type of role I truly cared about. I felt that he genuinely believed in me and personally cared about helping me secure the right opportunity, not just any role. Both Melissa and Oliver made the process feel professional, encouraging and human. Teddy called me about a job and within 45 mins he had secured me an interview... he kept in touch with me throughout the whole process making sure I was ok for the interview and even offered support to prep for it. As someone who will shortly be joining the team at Stonehouse, I’ve been so impressed by the efficient, warm and straightforward nature of the recruitment process. At every stage of the process, Kitty has been so professional and communicative and super helpful answering any questions I had. Visiting the office in London and meeting with Sohan and Liz was a really positive experience  - I really appreciated the time they took to get to know me in the interviews. This has been the case at every stage which is so refreshing in a market where interviews can feel cursory and mechanical. The in-person interviews were also great for giving me a sense of the team and how Stonehouse operates, which have made me all the more excited to begin my career with them!
