Regeneration Project Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are seeking an experienced Regeneration Project Officer.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and assist with a £55 million town centre project. The candidate must be experienced and skilled in financial construction. The project itself involves an education centre, a cinema, car parking and other commercial aspects.

The role will be a hybrid between home working and in the office, meetings in person will be necessary with developers on a bi-weekly basis.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a vast amount of experience within Local Authority or be able to demonstrate examples of financial construction work.

When

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
