Principal Planning Officer
I am currently working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who are seeking an experienced Planning Officer to support them as they work through their caseload.
About The Role
My client is looking for a Development Management consultant to come in and hit the ground running to support them through dealing with a variety of minor and major developments across the area whilst they recruit for a permanent member of staff.
This role will require an office presence of once every two weeks in the office.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience at Principal Planning Officer level or above with Local Authority Development Management Teams. They will have experience with managing large strategic sites and ideally have experience with public inquiries and informal hearings. The right candidate will have RTPI accreditation or be eligible for accreditation.
