Senior Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South West who are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to come in and assist in clearing a backlog of cases.

About The Role

This role will be responsible for clearing a large backlog of cases, dealing with minors, complex minors and small major applications. Some experience with nutrient neutrality is appreciated but not expected.

This role will be flexible on office presence.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with legacy applications and clearing a high volume of backlog. You will also have worked at a Senior level or above with Local Authority Development Management Teams.
