Senior Development Management Manager
A Local Authority in the South East is looking for an experienced town planner in Development Management with leadership experience.
About The Role
The client is looking for a candidate to cover maternity leave starting early in December.
The role be a contract of 9-12 months and will involve leading a small team of planning officers as well as dealing with a small caseload of applications, reporting in to the Head of Development Management.
Hybrid working is available. However, presence is expected for site visits, meetings/workshops and consultation with the local plan all on a semi-regular basis.
The office has good transport links to London.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experienced in dealing with a varied case load.
