Senior Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the North East who are seeking an experienced Planning Consultant to assist with clearing a backlog of applications.

About The Role

My client is looking for a Development Management consultant to come in and hit the ground running to assist in clearing high volume backlog mainly pertaining to minor and small scale major applications.

This role will require an office presence of once a week in the office, with flexibility depending on your experience.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience at Senior Planning Officer level within Local Authority Development Management Teams and have experience with householder and minor applications.
