Planning Enforcement Manager - East Midlands

A local authority in the East Midlands is looking for an Enforcement Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Manager to oversee operations with the Planning Enforcement Team.

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and Manage the Enforcement function within the Planning team, ensuring cases are kept at a steady level and taking on line management responsibilities.

The role will require a presence within the office once a week/fortnight depending on your location. 

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Managerial level or experience of leading a team. Experience with Planning Enforcement in Local Authority is also desired.
