Development Management Team Leader

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking an experienced DM Team Leader .

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running with a varied caseload of major applications as well as overseeing a team of five planning officers. This will also include periods of overseeing an additional team of five planning officers when your fellow team leader is on leave.

The role will require an office attendance twice a week.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a variety of major applications and have extensive experience within Development Management teams in a management position.

The client is looking to interview immediately with a start date as soon as possible.
