Planning Officer

A Local Authority in the Southwest are looking for a Planning Officer who is experienced dealing with Householders, Minors and Mediums to join their team for a 3-month contract with a view to extend.

 

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to handle a mixed caseload of Medium and Minor applications.

The role is a hybrid role that will require some site visits on a twice fortnightly basis.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience within in planning Development Management departments and working on minor applications.

When

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
