Development Management Officer

A Local Authority in the Southwest of England is looking for a Development Management Officer to join on an interim basis and carry a caseload. This would be on an initial 3-month contract with a view to extend.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and carry a mixed caseload of Minors, as well as Householder Applications.

The role will be a hybrid role, with a small amount of office presence required.  

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experienced in Local Authority work.

When

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
