Senior Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a Senior Planning Officer.

About The Role

I am working with a Local Authority in the North West to assist in finding someone to come in and hit the ground running in clearing a backlog of cases centred around school and road developments. There will also be some NSIP schemes to be dealt with.

This role offers hybrid working, with office presence desired weekly.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be RTPI registered or on their way to accreditation and have a minimum of three years within Development Management. Experience with Minerals & Waste is also desirable but not essential.
