Development Management Manager

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South-East who are looking for a Development Management Manager.

About The Role

I am working with a Local Authority in the South-East to assist in finding an experienced DM Manager with the main focus of the role being supporting the integration of the Technical support team back into Planning including redesign of what the team is doing and supporting a restructure of the team together with technical support and training. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the DM teams, enforcement and strategic sites sits outside this. You will support the AD Planning on developing and delivering a Planning Improvement Plan.

This role offers hybrid working, with a minimum office presence of once a week.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be RTPI registered or on their way to accreditation and have extensive experience within managing DM Teams.
