Senior Planning Officer - East Midlands

A local authority in the East Midlands is looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to deal with a caseload of Minors, Complex Minors and small majors. They will be working with a team of planners with fantastic team culture.

This role will have a requirement to go into the office and complete site visits once every two weeks.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and on their way to accreditation. The client is happy to consider applicants who are not chartered but have experience with clearing backlog.

When

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
