Deputy Development Management Team Leader

A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a Deputy Team leader to assist the Team Leader in the Minors Team. 

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and support the Team Leader by assisting in the day to day management of a 10 person team. This includes mentoring junior memembers of staff, signing off on applications, and carrying a small caseload of Major Applications.

The role is a hybrid role and is flexible on presence required.  

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experienced in managing a team and carrying a caseload.
