Senior Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are seeking an experienced Planning Consultant to assist with clearing a backlog of applications.

About The Role

My client is looking for a Development Management consultant to come in and hit the ground running to assist in clearing a backlog of minor and complex minor applications whilst they recruit for a permanent member of staff.

This role will require an office presence of once a week in the office.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience at Senior Planning Officer level or above with Local Authority Development Management Teams and have experience with managing a high caseload. The right candidate will have RTPI accreditation or be eligible for accreditation.
