CIL Officer

A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a CIL/Section 106 Officer to join the planning team. This would be on an initial 6-month contract.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and:

• Work with CIL calculations
• Answer CIL queries
• Liase with DM officers
• Issue CIL paperwork

The role will be a fully remote role and can be outside IR35.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and an experienced CIL Officer/Senior Officer.

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
