Planning Enforcement Officer

A Local Authority in the Southwest are looking for a Planning Enforcement Officer who is experienced in handling a backlog of cases to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with a view to extend.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and clear a backlog of Enforcement Cases. Similar experience in Local Authority and the ability hit the ground running is essential

The role be a hybrid role with office presence once a week.  

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and will have previous experience in Town Planning Enforcement.

When

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
