Principal Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer .

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running with a varied caseload of major applications.

The role will be largely remote based, with presence required once a week for site visits and team meetings.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a variety of major applications and have extensive experience within Development Management teams.

When

The client is looking to interview immediately with a start date as soon as possible.
