Development Management Manager

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a Development Management Manager to come in and support the Head of Planning as they go through a busy period of change.

About The Role

This role will be responsible for a large team as the Authority goes through a busy period of change. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Development Management and Enforcement functions of the Authority and will report directly to the Head of Planning.  

This role will be flexible on office presence, with once a fortnight in the office desirable.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be RTPI registered and have experience managing large teams within Local Authority.
