Principal Development Management Planner - Central England

A local authority in Central England is looking for a Planning Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month basis.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to deal with a caseload of majors within the Development Management team. They will be working with a team of planners with fantastic team culture and reporting directly to the Development Management Manager. There is some office presence required and the candidate may be required to have a driver’s licence to conduct site visits more easily.

The role will be split between the office and home working, coming into the office once a week.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal level.
