Planner and Project Manager
I am currently working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking an experienced Development Management Consultant that has qualifications in Project Management.
About The Role
My client is looking for a very specific consultant that fills the following criteria:
- Must be competent in dealing with, and have in-depth experience of a variety of strategic large scale major applications
- Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience of working within a Local Planning Authority (Local Government not private practice)
- At least 10 years post qualification of a Masters (or equivalent to) in Town and Regional/Urban Planning
- Must have demonstrable experience of leading on major transformation projects specifically in relation to Development Management
- Must have Prince 2 Practitioner qualification or the equivalent of.
The office presence and hourly rate for this post are negotiable as the client is exploring the market.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be Prince 2 qualified and meet all of the criteria listed above.
