Planning Manager

I am currently working with a Local Authority in South East England who are looking for a Planning Manager.

About The Role

I am working with a Local Authority in the South-East to assist in appointing a temporary Planning Manager who will be involved in shaping and delivering high quality developments, building new relationships and supporting the development in housing and regeneration in the area.

This role offers hybrid working, with office presence desired 2-3 days a week.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be RTPI registered and will have previous experience within a Planning Manager role, gained from either a local authority or private sector background. They must possess the ability to build positive and dynamic relationships with other planning partners with excellent communication, advocacy and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work to tight timescales
