Planning Consultant (Strategic Sites)

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South East of England who are looking for an experienced Planning Consultant to assist with a large scale strategic development.

About The Role

My client is looking for a Planning Consultant who can come in and hit the ground running and join a team who deal with large scale major applications. The team deals with a range of applications from reserved matters applications for 95 units to an outline scheme for 4,000 units.

This role is flexible with a mix of home working and attending meetings and site visits.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working within similar major applications teams and be able to demonstrate having worked on PPA’s.

When

The client is looking to interview and appoint someone over the next few weeks.
