Development Management Team Leader

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South West who are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee a team of planners.

About The Role

My client is looking for a Development Management Team Leader to come in and hit the ground running by taking on some major applications as well as deputising for the head of Development Management with conducting one to ones and assigning applications.

This role is flexible with working from home, only needing to go into the office once every two weeks.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience with line management responsibilities within Development Management.

When

The client is looking to interview and appoint someone over the next few weeks.
