Planning Project Manager

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South West of England who are looking for an experienced Planning Consultant to assist with a large scale development project.

About The Role

My client is looking for a Planning Consultant who can come in and hit the ground running in assisting on an expansion to a local airport. The role will be primarily reporting into the lead officer on the project as well as the Development Management Manager, deputising for them and taking lead on the project when necessary.

This role will be hybrid between the office and at home, being able to work from home for the majority of the time.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working and leading on large scale development projects whether that be residential, commercial or infrastructure.
