Principal Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking for a Principal Planning Officer.

About The Role

I am working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands to assist in finding someone to come in and hit the ground running in clearing a backlog of complex minor and small major applications.

This role offers hybrid working, with office presence desired weekly.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be RTPI registered or on their way to accreditation and have experience with major applications up to 300 units.

When

The client is looking to interview and appoint someone as soon as possible.
