Senior Development Management Officer

A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a Senior Development Management Officer to join the Development Management Team. This would be on an initial 6-month contract with a view to extend.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and deal with complex Minors all the way through to small scale Majors, the majority of applications will be residential applications.

The role will be a hybrid role, with presence required fortnightly for office presence and site visits.  

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experienced in dealing with a varied case load.

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
