Senior Development Management Officer

A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a Senior Development Management Officer to carry a mixed caseload. This would be on an initial 3-6-month contract.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate who can have a mixed caseload of minors and majors including majors of up to 200 homes.

The role will be a hybrid role, with office presence required two days a week.  

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experienced in dealing with a varied case load including majors.

When

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
