Development Management Officer

A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a Development Management Officer to join the team. This would be on an initial 6-month contract with the potential to be extended a further 3-months.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and carry a mixed case load of minors, mediums and pre-applications with no major applications.

The role will be a hybrid role, with some office presence required as well as site visits.  

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experienced in dealing with non-major applications.

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
