Planning Policy Lead 

A local authority in the East Midlands is looking for a Planning Policy Lead to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Planning Policy Strategic Lead to oversee operations with the Policy team and mentor and train junior members of staff.

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to support the Chief Planning Officer with the local plan across a wide area.  

The role is flexible in working remotely with office attendance desirable for once a week/fortnight in the office

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level and have extensive experience with Local Plan delivery.
