Team Leader/Principal

A Local Authority in the South East is looking for a Team Leader/Principal to oversee a small team and handle a caseload. This would be on an initial 6-month contract.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and oversee a small team of two senior officers and one apprentice. As well as dealing with a mixed caseload of minors and majors.

The role will be a hybrid role, with some office presence required.  

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience in dealing with line management and mentoring junior level staff.
